You can download my low-resolution preview photos for non-commercial private use without permission. If distributed electronically or in print for non-commercial private use, my photos cannot be modified and the embedded copyright watermark should not be cropped. All other uses require written permission obtained through email or snail mail.

Diffusion by any means for non-commercial purposes by individuals and all-volunteer and non-profit organizations will often be granted free permission, but approval is required. Free permissions always require proper attribution (including an active backlink, if used on the Web), and no alterations.  

COMMERCIAL AND NON-PROFIT USES

I license images for many uses, including advertising, corporate, promotional, editorial illustration in magazines and books, web, media, presentations, decor, and retail products. The majority of my images are rights-managed and I will be able to provide full image history upon request. Many images have model and/or property releases.

RESTRICTIONS AND WARRANTY

RESTRICTIONS ON ALL USES of Mihael Blikshteyn's photographs:

a. Use of the photograph(s) must always be in compliance with all applicable laws and any defamatory, pornographic, insulting or otherwise inappropriate or unlawful use is strictly prohibited.

b. Rights to use the photograph(s) cannot and may not be sub-licensed, sold or resold without prior explicit consent.

c. No photograph may be manipulated, morphed or in any other way materially altered without Mihael Blikshteyn's prior explicit consent.

WARRANTY AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

a. If you mistakenly order the incorrect photograph or are unsatisfied with it for any reason, you may return the photograph to Mihael Blikshteyn within 30 days, and he will refund or issue a credit towards the use of another photograph in future, dependent upon customer's preference.

b. Mihael Blikshteyn warrants the digital copy of the photograph in the form downloaded by you to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days. The sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is the replacement of copy of the photograph or refund of the order price, at Mihael Blikshteyn's option. Mihael Blikshteyn MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

c. Mihael Blikshteyn WILL NOT BE LIABLE to you or any other person for any general, special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other damages arising directly or indirectly out of this agreement or use of a photograph.
